Today I caved.. I have been able to curb my cravings for food while working, but today I just couldn't resist ah!
10:30am - Tall Skinny Vanilla Latte ( half sweet, no foam )
2:30pm - St.Louis Veggie Quesadilla ( green peppers, tomato, jalepeno, and cheese )
- Side of guacamole
- Side of Sweet Potato Fries
8:30pm - Jack Astor's Veggie Burger
- Jack Astor's Caesar Salad
- Jack Astor's One Bite Brownie
9:30pm - Tall Skinny Decaf Vanilla Latte ( half sweet, no foam )
Oh! I almost forgot, I jogged to the bus stop today, and jogged in the sam spot until the bus arrived. I have been getting up everyday at around 9:00am despite having to work or not, and have been feeling very good.
I felt very bloated today, and am disappointed that I ate as much as I did.

Hello World!
man.. today I did so good! I did a little jogging, some dance moves and ran around my house.I didn't even have my morning coffee! But since it is Valentines day, I decided to treat myself and eat lots of bread!! Sean and I went to The Keg, and I indulged a little too much. My tummy STILL hurts:( It feel like it has been stretched and stuffed well above its capacity.. I am glad this happened though.. it made me realize why I stopped OVER eating in one sitting.. and how bread just fills me up.
9:00pm - Bread
9:15pm - Cesar Salad
9:30pm - Salmon, Rice and Asparagus
9:45pm - Creme Brulee and a Small Cappuccino Mocha
Tomorrow back on track, work out a little before work, have my morning Vanilla Latte, and a nice little dinner when I get off.

Today I found I was really craving food after dinner. I find that if I resist something completely I don't crave it like I do if I have just a bite. I felt really good after my exercise routine. I was a little sleepy but not too bad.

Cheat Day -- had some bread

10:45am - Tall Skinny Vanilla Latte ( half syrup, no foam )
I did not exercise today, as I was at work. Tomorrow is spinning class so I am sure that will make up for the week of no exercising! I am really ecited to start. I know I will be losing more weight once I add a little exercise into my daily routine!
I caved at dinner and ate those two slices of baquette bread.... they were very yummy.
8:00pm - Large Ceaser Salad with Best Dressed Ceaser Salad Dressing
8:15pm - 2 Slices of bread
8:30pm - Salmon with roasted garlic and red pepper seasoning, Asparagus and Risotto
9:30pm - 4 little square pieces of dark chocolate
11:00pm - 1 bowl of Vector Cereal with 2% skim milk
I have decided to also start drinking a lot more water.. I only drink water, but I don't think I drink nearly enough as I should.
Only 13 more pounds to go! yay!

Day 5: Salmon!!

10:45am - Grande Skinny Soy Vanilla Latte ( half syrup, no foam )
The rest of the day I just worked. I didn't do much running around today because it wasn't busy. I found that I didn't get any cravings throughout the day. It was easier for me to hold off on eating until dinner. I didn't feel low energy today other than being a little tired from lack of sleep.. Man! I really need to get more hours of sleep through the night. Sean says I should get used to getting 6 hours of sleep like him.
8:15pm - Small Ceaser Salad
8:30pm - Salmon Filet, Vegetable Ratatouille, Mashed Potato.
9:00pm - Chocolate Pudding
I found that after I ate dinner, I felt more bloated than the meal I had yesterday (pizza, ceaser salad),
I didn't do much exercise today. Went out to a new restaurant for dinner! It was so yummy!!! The meal was excellent service excellent, and dessert outstanding! mmm
I think I will be going to bed earlier tonight, I'm feeling a little sleepy.

Day 4: Pizza Day

I woke up today at around 11am and pretty much cleaned the entire day. I didn't get very good sleep last night, as I couldn't get sleep until 6am this morning:( I was feeling like a freshly baked pizza, so I figured today would be a carb day for dinner:) Yum!
7pm - Starbucks - Tall Skinny Vanilla Latte ( 1/2 Sweet, no Foam )
9:30pm - Ceaser Salad with of course "The best dressed no anchovies ceaser salad dressing"
9:40pm - Half of a home made margharita pizza ( Tomato sauce, Goat cheese feta, Parmesan cheese, Tomato and basil )
Today I did not exercise. I can't wait until summer when I can jog every morning. I am doing my first spin class on Sunday which I am really looking forward too! My legs are probably the biggest part on my body right now next to my abs, so in regards to areas I will be targeting with my exercise routines I will definitely be working on these ones first. I was very tired tonight, and I think it has to do with lack of sleep, I found that I was not really hungry until about 8pm. I felt a little weak during the day, but again I think it was lack of sleep, working my butt of trying to clean, and having no source of nutrients all morning.
Ps. My boyfriend said he noticed my weight loss today, which boosted my confidence, and I felt motivated to keep working hard at it.
