7:30pm - Butternut Squash Soup ( Small fancy soup cup )

7:45pm - Small Side Ceaser Salad with the "Best dressed" dressing

- Small Dinner Roll

10:00pm - Bowl of Vector Cereal

- Small piece of Ritter Chocolate
Today I found I was really craving food after dinner. I find that if I resist something completely I don't crave it like I do if I have just a bite. I felt really good after my exercise routine. I was a little sleepy but not too bad.
