Monday!

Weight: 103.2lbs

12:00pm - Ran up and down the stairs for 15 min

4:00pm - Tall Skinny Vanilla Latte ( half sweet, no foam )



6:30pm - Wakame Salad

7:15pm - Spicy Salmon Roll
10:55pm - 1 Scoop of Chapman's Chocolate Ice Cream

Today I wasn't extremely hungry. I felt great after working out, and feel a little lighter.
