Day 5: Salmon!!

Weight: 101.4 lbs

10:45am - Grande Skinny Soy Vanilla Latte ( half syrup, no foam )

The rest of the day I just worked. I didn't do much running around today because it wasn't busy. I found that I didn't get any cravings throughout the day. It was easier for me to hold off on eating until dinner. I didn't feel low energy today other than being a little tired from lack of sleep.. Man! I really need to get more hours of sleep through the night. Sean says I should get used to getting 6 hours of sleep like him.

8:15pm - Small Ceaser Salad
8:30pm - Salmon Filet, Vegetable Ratatouille, Mashed Potato.
9:00pm - Chocolate Pudding

I found that after I ate dinner, I felt more bloated than the meal I had yesterday (pizza, ceaser salad),
I didn't do much exercise today. Went out to a new restaurant for dinner! It was so yummy!!! The meal was excellent service excellent, and dessert outstanding! mmm
I think I will be going to bed earlier tonight, I'm feeling a little sleepy.
