Fat.

Weight: 101.6lbs

Hello World!
man.. today I did so good! I did a little jogging, some dance moves and ran around my house.I didn't even have my morning coffee! But since it is Valentines day, I decided to treat myself and eat lots of bread!! Sean and I went to The Keg, and I indulged a little too much. My tummy STILL hurts:( It feel like it has been stretched and stuffed well above its capacity.. I am glad this happened though.. it made me realize why I stopped OVER eating in one sitting.. and how bread just fills me up.

9:00pm - Bread
9:15pm - Cesar Salad
9:30pm - Salmon, Rice and Asparagus
9:45pm - Creme Brulee and a Small Cappuccino Mocha

Tomorrow back on track, work out a little before work, have my morning Vanilla Latte, and a nice little dinner when I get off.

Weight: 105.2lbs... ugh :(
