10:45am - Tall Skinny Vanilla Latte ( half syrup, no foam )I did not exercise today, as I was at work. Tomorrow is spinning class so I am sure that will make up for the week of no exercising! I am really ecited to start. I know I will be losing more weight once I add a little exercise into my daily routine!
I caved at dinner and ate those two slices of baquette bread.... they were very yummy.
8:00pm - Large Ceaser Salad with Best Dressed Ceaser Salad Dressing8:15pm - 2 Slices of bread

8:30pm - Salmon with roasted garlic and red pepper seasoning, Asparagus and Risotto

9:30pm - 4 little square pieces of dark chocolate

11:00pm - 1 bowl of Vector Cereal with 2% skim milkI have decided to also start drinking a lot more water.. I only drink water, but I don't think I drink nearly enough as I should.
Only 13 more pounds to go! yay!
