Day 4: Pizza Day

Weight: 101.6lbs

I woke up today at around 11am and pretty much cleaned the entire day. I didn't get very good sleep last night, as I couldn't get sleep until 6am this morning:( I was feeling like a freshly baked pizza, so I figured today would be a carb day for dinner:) Yum!

7pm - Starbucks - Tall Skinny Vanilla Latte ( 1/2 Sweet, no Foam )

9:30pm - Ceaser Salad with of course "The best dressed no anchovies ceaser salad dressing"

9:40pm - Half of a home made margharita pizza ( Tomato sauce, Goat cheese feta, Parmesan cheese, Tomato and basil )


Today I did not exercise. I can't wait until summer when I can jog every morning. I am doing my first spin class on Sunday which I am really looking forward too! My legs are probably the biggest part on my body right now next to my abs, so in regards to areas I will be targeting with my exercise routines I will definitely be working on these ones first. I was very tired tonight, and I think it has to do with lack of sleep, I found that I was not really hungry until about 8pm. I felt a little weak during the day, but again I think it was lack of sleep, working my butt of trying to clean, and having no source of nutrients all morning.


Ps. My boyfriend said he noticed my weight loss today, which boosted my confidence, and I felt motivated to keep working hard at it.
